Fluent Forever raises its seed round from major VCs and angels.

The company raised seed funding from Sfventures, Growth Technology Partners, 10X Capital, Insta Ventures, and other investors on November 6, 2020.

In 2017, Gabriel Wyner, a polyglot from Los Angeles, launched a Kickstarter campaign for a language-learning app called Fluent Forever. It quickly became the most funded app in Kickstarter history, surpassing its $250,000 funding goal in just over 17 hours.

This app is based on the neuroscience principles of learning that were first explored by Opera singer Gabriel Wyner in his popular book by the same name. For anyone interested in finally picking up that elusive language, this may be the tool to get you there!
